The PGSCL is a limited, Not for Profit organization set up 30+ years ago under the Alberta Rural Utilities Act and is registered under the Alberta Utilities Act.  The PGSCL was set up by Priddis Creek Development and the Incorporation Documents are held at Carscallen LLP. The PGSCL is organized to manage the following:

• The supply of irrigation water to the boundaries of Condo Corps and Single Family Homes

• Snow ploughing of Condo Corp driveways

• Condo Corp Lawn Care

• The cutting of grass on road verges to maintain visual consistency

• Garbage collection

• Removal of trees that are both dead and dangerous

The PG Services is owned by the residents (one membership per household) and the Golf Club, (one membership).

Other regulatory authorities that the PGSCL adheres to are the Alberta Environment and Parks, Alberta Rural Utilities Regulations and Alberta Rural Utilities Act plus additional Federal Acts.

The PGSCL is obliged to hold an annual AGM to which all members are formally invited.  The AGM elects a board and the Board elects an Executive, authorized to manage the PGSCL organization on behalf of the members at any time.  Finances are formally audited and the results made known at the AGM . The Audit Report is available to members.
